Five steps to design your web page using Website Creator:

Step 1: [Login]

Step 2: [Click Website Creator and then click Create New Page or Edit old page]

Step 3: [Click Choose Template] or start blank page.

Step 4: [Click Submit, Enter File Name, Page Title and click CreatePage]

Step 5: [Edit your page and click Save]
In this step you can go to the edit mode

and publish pages that were
created offline using Front page or Dream weaver etc.
